Wow! SO impressed with Express Clean! They’re always super helpful, communicate clearly, reply almost immediately EVERY time, very accommodating!! My home is cleaned efficiently and to a very high standard. On the weekend, I went to my linen cupboard - I dread the hideous chaos and things falling out. To my surprise and delight, Joe, my amazing cleaner, had re-folded and organised the entire thing!! It’s actually incredible how thoughtful, thorough and organised she is. Could not be happier with their exceptional service!!! Highly recommend!!!!
I've been a long time customer of express clean and we've always been satisfied! The communication from the office team, the friendly and enthusiastic cleaning staff and the flexibility of service delivery (sometimes I needed specific areas cleaned and it's never an issue) has made me a long term happy customer. Highly recommend!
My cleaner arrived early to find out what I needed and started exactly on time. I left her with a chaotic house and a lot of apologies. I was reassured and sent off with a friendly wave. I returned to a clean, calm home, with more done than I had expected. Will book again :)
We've had Express Clean do a fortnightly clean for our 4x2 home for a while now and every clean is to a very high standard. I love that our cleaners see what needs to be done and do it - they don't need me to point out specific things. Communication with the owner, Tim, is always prompt and friendly. I've referred friends and family to Express Clean and I'll continue to do so!!
